How do I connect Vegas MCP?

In ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → add a custom MCP server at https://vegas-mcp.onrender.com/mcp. In Claude or other clients, use the same URL as your remote MCP endpoint.

Why are events or weather missing?

Weather comes from Open-Meteo (no API key). Ask for “Vegas weather” or use get-vegas-weather.

Events on this server use the Ticketmaster Discovery API with a configured key — listings should show a Live badge in the events widget, not Demo. If you still see sample/mock events: refresh your MCP connector after deploy, try a wider date range, or check whether Ticketmaster returned an error (the assistant may mention mock fallback in the reply).

If a tool fails entirely, confirm you selected the Vegas connector and that https://vegas-mcp.onrender.com/mcp is reachable.

Where are shared trip links stored?

On production we use Postgres (Neon). Shared pages live at https://vegas-mcp.onrender.com/trip?id=…. Optional passwords encrypt access via a server secret.

Is my ChatGPT conversation stored?

We don't receive your full chat log. Only data your assistant explicitly sends to our tools (e.g. trip JSON when sharing) is stored.
