By connecting to or using Vegas MCP at https://vegas-mcp.onrender.com/mcp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Vegas MCP provides informational tools (weather, events, hotel and attraction lists) and an optional trip-planning experience. Outputs are for planning purposes only — not professional travel advice, bookings, or guarantees of availability or pricing.

Your responsibilities

Verify event times, prices, and travel details with official venues before you book.
Do not share unlawful content or use the service to harass others.
Keep share passwords private if you protect a trip link.
Comply with Ticketmaster, Open-Meteo, and your AI platform's terms when using integrated features.

Third-party data

Event and weather data come from third parties. We are not responsible for their accuracy, outages, or policy changes. Mock event data may be shown when a Ticketmaster API key is not configured.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may modify tools, URLs, or features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from travel decisions, missed events, or reliance on AI-generated itineraries.

Intellectual property

The Vegas MCP name, UI, and curated content are protected. Third-party trademarks (venues, shows, hotels) belong to their owners.

Termination

We may block abusive traffic or discontinue the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
